Alex
and Patricia's home, nestled in the southeast corner of Lexington surrounded
by rolling hills, provided a beautiful backdrop for their outdoor wedding. Early
morning showers had everyone on edge, but once again, the Bridal Potpourri luck
held, the raindrops were gone by 3:00 pm and the skies gave way to beautiful
sunshine. Patricia and Alex geared the day towards hospitality, making sure
their guests were well taken care of, even the children who attended had their
own area for games and videos and a personal chauffeur to take them on a tour
of the property.

St. Hubert's Church
Glenye
and Christopher were my elusive couple. I knew they were out there...somewhere.
Glenye, a successful author and writer for the Daily Racing Form, was traveling
and too busy with work to plan a wedding. Christopher, her English fiance, spent
his days at the Defense Ministry and arranging for travel visas. We were literally
on hold for awhile not knowing if they would get approved in time for him to
arrive for the wedding day.
The
weekend started on Saturday with the rehearsal and dinner, on Sunday, the highlight
of the day was the Hunt Breakfast and Foxhunting. On Monday, the ceremony at
the quaint St. Hubert's, a lovely stone church set way out in the country, was
followed by the reception at the rustic Iroquois Hunt Club. In their element,
Glenye and Christopher were able to relax and enjoy the many friends and family
who joined them to celebrate their union.
Stephanie
Seales and Chris Gabbitas spent an idyllic day at Talon Winery. From the perfect
weather and gorgeous scenery, to the surprise of the bride coming over the ridge
in a horse drawn carriage to meet her groom; wedding guests knew they were witnessing
the union of a couple so completely in love that their wedding would be nothing
short of breathtaking.

Michele, Kate & Melanie,
Thank you all so much for your help, support, patience,
guidance and talent! I don't know what we would have done without you! Numerous
people have told me this was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been
to. Everything was perfect down to the smallest detail!
All of you were wonderful! Lauren and Matt are enjoying
their honeymoon. They have seen several shows; each one better and better.
I hope we can remember to come by sometime with photos, I'll be anxious
to show them off!
