We will provide an extra assistant for weddings over 300 guests or where the complexity of the ceremony or reception warrants extra help. All of our consultants are members of the Association of Bridal Consultants.
Candlelight and Roses
This package is designed for the couple who wish to plan their wedding themselves. You choose the sites and service providers, and we’ll help you organize the wedding weekend events. We’ll meet with you to review all service contracts, draw up a detailed timeline and finalize other important details. The consultant will direct the wedding rehearsal, be available at the ceremony site from the time the bride arrives and coordinate the reception events and the couple’s send off at the end of the evening. (Up to 25 hours of service).
Moonlight and Magnolias
This package is designed for the couple who wish to spend time with a consultant planning their wedding day and its overall design. It’s a particularly good choice for the bride who is in school, whose mother lives out of town or may not have the time necessary for arranging the myriad details of a wedding. In addition to the items listed in the first package, we will develop a wedding budget, assist the groom’s family with rehearsal dinner plans, create a payment schedule to ensure all vendors are paid on time. The package includes up to fifteen hours of planning and vendor consultations, a detailed timeline for all service providers. (Up to 40 hours of service).
Champagne and Pearls
This level of service is designed for the couple who prefer that a professional consultant be involved in planning every aspect of their wedding. You will make all decisions about your wedding day, and we’ll handle all the time-consuming details. This is an especially good choice for someone who is planning a long-distance wedding or who is too busy with work or school to find the time to organize a wedding. We’ll recommend and coordinate service providers and site selection, maintain regular contact with selected providers, and supervise your wedding budget. Regular planning sessions are scheduled in order to discuss and develop the overall theme and design of your wedding. The package includes up to twenty-five hours of planning and vendor consultations, a detailed timeline of the wedding day for all service providers, rehearsal and reception direction, and up to 12 hours of wedding-day direction. (Up to 60 hours of service).
Consulting by the Hour
Offered as an alternative to more indepth packages. Brides may use the hours paid for by appointment only. Items discussed will include planning, vendor selection, and on-site meetings. These hours cannot be used for day of services unless arranged for in advance.
